When you choose CVS as your business rates partner we will appoint a dedicated account manager who will be your first point of contact throughout the business rates appeal process. Whether you are a small owner-managed enterprise or a large multi-national organisation with several hundred UK sites, our team will find the right support solution to suit your needs.

Once appointed, your dedicated account manager will be able to:

  • Provide you with an update on the status of your appeal(s).
  • Manage all administration relating to your case.
  • Notify the appropriate channels of any changes to your circumstances, property or the surrounding area that might affect your appeal.
  • Provide advice on other CVS services.
