CVS, the fast growing business rates specialist, has announced four new senior appointments this week as part of the firm’s accelerated growth under Chief Executive Mark Rigby. Currently serving more than 20,000 clients, CVS is seeking to treble in the next two years and recruiting to support that objective and its rapidly-expanding client list.

This latest series of four senior appointments will reinforce the firm’s capability to offer market-leading rating services and outstanding results for clients.

Announced this week, the moves will see Helen Edwards, Peter Constable, Tony Eden and Michael Hampton-Riddington joining CVS’s existing team of more than 180 staff based in its Manchester and London offices.
- Helen Edwards joins as a Senior Surveyor from Gerald Eve.
- Peter Constable joins as a Senior Surveyor having previously worked with Lambert Smith Hampton and Cluttons.
- Michael Hampton-Riddington joins as an Associate Director from BNP Paribas Real Estate.
- Tony Eden joins as a Senior Consultant – he is a former Valuation Officer with forty years’ experience in business rates which includes roles working in the Chief Valuer’s office at the Valuation Office. He is a past member of the RICS Local Taxation and Policy Panel.
