Business rates specialist reinforces national expansion drive

CVS, the fast growing business rates specialist, is stepping up the pace of its national expansion drive by opening a third UK office, in Bristol.

CVS is seeking to double the size of its client list within the next two years. It specialises in delivering straightforward business rates advice to occupiers nationwide and is seeing a strong appetite for its no-nonsense and streamlined approach to helping occupiers reduce their business rates bills. It typically saves its clients 12% on their bills.

The new Bristol office will be home to 13 CVS staff to add to the 190 people already working from the company's Manchester and London offices. It will bring CVS surveyors closer to clients in the South West, bolstering CVS's national reach.
