As a Chartered Surveying Practice, CVS is fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and compliant with the professional, ethical and business standards set out in its Rules of Conduct. At an individual level, each of our Chartered Surveyors maintains their accreditation through ongoing professional development, making sure that our Clients receive only the very best and most up-to-date advice.
As a member of the Institute of Revenues Rating & Valuation (IRRV), we have full support in the development and sharing of best practice from the largest professional institution operating in the field of revenues, benefits and valuation.

Property Week held their prestigious ‘Property Awards’ in April 2016. CVS were proud to be finalists in the much sought after category of ‘Professional Agency Team of the Year’.
Following the previous year’s recognition at the Estates Gazette awards, CVS returned in 2015 and achieved finalist status in the ‘National Advisor of the Year’ award.
