Mark Rigby, Chief Executive

Appointed in October 2010, Mark is a Chartered Surveyor and the former Chief Executive of Lambert Smith Hampton with over 30 years of commercial property experience. Mark is also the President of Wasps Rugby Club. Since appointment, Mark has been instrumental in developing the CVS brand and profile along with CVS' network of Surveyors and management structure.

Mark Walker, Finance Director

Mark is the Finance Director and a board member of CVS. He is a Chartered Accountant who qualified with Price Waterhouse and has previously held Finance Director roles at Lionheart Plc., JR Crompton and ECF Asset Finance. Since being appointed in 2009, Mark has professionalised CVS’ accounting systems and standards of reporting and use of data.

Andy Myers, Surveyor Operations Director

Andy joined CVS in 1999 when his degree in European Business Studies provided the opportunity for him to work in all areas of the business before specialising in an operational role. Andy was influential in the introduction of the performance-based fee to CVS, initially for higher value clients and the annuity-based invoicing approach.

Stephen Philp, Rating Chairman

Stephen is the Rating Chairman and has a pinnacle role as the head of the Surveying Team. Stephen has more than 40 years’ experience as a Surveyor. His career at CVS began in April 2012 as Midlands Regional Director. Prior to this, he worked for the Valuation Office Agency at the Leeds, Worcester, Oxford, Kidderminster & Westminster offices.

Andy Griffin, Data & Systems Director

Andy Joined CVS in January 2016 with an IT career spanning nearly 20 years. Andy began his career working in and around the London area, from Junior IT roles to Development and Managerial roles. He moved to Manchester in 1998 and delivered numerous high profile projects relating to the ‘IT Millennium Bug’. After working for construction specialists Hewden as head of IT and responsible for systems strategy for nearly 5 years, Andy is now Data & Systems Director, he is responsible for the CRM system, ensuring the technology systems and platforms in use are robust and efficient.

Dean Bosley, Rating Managing Director

Dean joined CVS in 2014 as Regional Performance Director from an impressive career at the Valuation Office where in 2013, he won the prestigious Valuation Officer of the Year Award. With revaluation experience of more than 30 years, Dean has already made waves at CVS. Saving thousands of pounds for our clients and inspiring and mentoring others. 2016 saw his new appointment as Rating Managing Director where he now head's up CVS' team of Rating Surveyors.

Alex Lundy, Client Services Director

Alex joined CVS in 2009 and has since progressed through the business as Rating Auditor, Rating Audit Manager, Surveyor Revenue Development Manager and Head of Service Delivery. Alex was appointed Client Services Director in 2016 and is responsible for ensuring the delivery of first class customer service to all of our clients. His broad experience, knowledge of CVS’ services and exceptional management skills are vital components in delivering an excellent client experience and valuable savings back to businesses..
